The past few years I've been asked to create a database for the landlords of the world and for those that are avid readers who still enjoy holding a real book in hand, inhaling its scent and acknowledging its importance. Landlords wanted a way to keep track of their tenants, property income, expenses, capital improvements and vendors. They also wanted a way to help them prepare for Sch E federal tax form. Avid book readers wanted a way to track the books they purchased, read and list books they were interested for future purchases. They also wanted a way to print out a list of books by a particular author so that they would not purchase the same book again. Sound familiar?
